Now I am the Radical - Equality and Justice

NOW I AM BEING RADICAL - Here is my controversial post of the day -
I will never suggest that we need to start discriminating against people whose faith is different from ours. That is, as long as their faith does not require or suggest violence towards me or others. In such a case, I simply stand for the right to defend myself from any or all religion in questions. No religion should preach or advocate violence.
Today, under the current social and political climate of our country, in the name of justice and equality, many in our general public, our current government officials and the media, allow a distinct religious group to discriminate against the faith of Christians and other Non-Muslims without consequences, outcries or retribution. This is justified by their silence on the matter and their refusal to acknowledge their terrorist acts and voracity or appetite for death either through mass shootings, decapitations, fire, acid, etc.
Their religious views or theological / ideologies are much more extreme than those we practice as Christians and I will be the first to admit that there are so-called Christians committing crimes that are contrary to our words in the Bible. Examples are the human rights, sins that cover a continuum of human misbehaviors including rape, incest etc. and the sanctity of marriage.
However, many have tolerated these deviances without committing acts of violence. But, we are condemned for wanting to protect ourselves from the increasing potential of future terror attacks by those who have taken their own religion to extremes and radicalized punishment of the principles of faith with death.
As the Muslim population increases in the United States, so too will the number of radical, Islamic terror attacks. This is only common sense, as the number of potential terrorists grows proportionately with the overall number of Muslims being admitted into the United States.
While Donald Trump may not be politically correct or entirely realistic in his approach [in fact, I wish he would get his information straight] – but he’s willing to acknowledge that our country needs to protect itself from the potential harm that comes from radical Islam.
That is something our government today has proven unwilling to do leaving up to the populace to defend themselves against terror attacks, based on a conflict of religious beliefs and principles.
