Controlling Trolling inside prison administrations
I have been wondering how long it will take for those state
leaders who are trolling the state looking or wandering around searching for
the right person to lead Arizona’s prison system. It has struck me lately that
the frequency of prison happenings since 2009 has resulted in more prison
deaths, more staff injuries and certainly more uncontrolled melees that are
strong indicators of weak leadership and lack of guidance from above.
Reading a lot about these “incidents” throughout the state
and listening to the concerns of correctional officers that work these tough
beats inside our penitentiaries, I can picture a bunch of “retired while on
active duty” (R.O.A.D.) men and women sitting around the large conference table
on the fourth floor surrounded with trophies of personal accomplishments over
the last decade or so but none relevant to the issues on the table today.
None of them are engaged in business-like conversations or
discussions. The laughter is loud as they sip on their custom bought bottled
water and exaggerating their self importance to the group. It’s fair to say
that when you develop a picture of someone in charge you may find an image of
someone intelligent, sober, considered, polite and yes empathetic to the agency’s
needs and troubles.
I am certain you will not find anyone fitting that description
on the fourth floor down on Jefferson Avenue near the Arizona state capitol. Instead
you may find cold hearted, calloused, drunk or under the influence of a liquor
type of attitude running this state agency that only thinks of themselves
rather than those that carry the burdens of this agency on their backs, the
correctional employee and correctional officers.
What they should be talking about are issues pressing within
the agency that start with rule of law and compliance with their own policies
and procedures. Releasing politically correct statements every time there is an
incident, they attempt to do damage control by doing nothing. In the meantime,
employees suffer at the most “difficult juncture” of state leadership and
prison chaos as we find that nobody on the fourth floor gives a damn about them
or anything else since they are all secured with their double dipping paychecks
safely deposited in their checking accounts for an unlimited amount of time.
Rather than acting responsible, they act foolish and make
demands that are unrealistic. They constantly change internal policies and
procedures without a legitimate basis for doing so. They ignore basic and
sanctioned American Corrections Association (ACA) accreditation standard and
fail to act accordingly to avoid lawsuits and other litigation events.
Acting in an adolescent manner while screaming at their
subordinates, they ignore the rape of the system and widespread anger about
their lack of ownership / leadership of their own priorities and public safety.
Showing no willingness to develop positivity within the agency and implement a
bold strategy to get back on track with sound correctional practices and
following the rule of law, this scandalous behavior will continue until someone
in the Capitol wakes up and realizes this abuse impacts their reputations as
well as endangering the communities and public safety.
To date, hundreds of citizens have been marching in the
streets carrying signs asking for help and attention to those issues brought
forth. Every day, the news prints another failure in ink to remind our
communities that they are not safe with prisons inside their communities. However,
it is clear nobody in the legislature or the governor’s office is listening.
Bland press release statements try to convince the public
and the media everything is all right but in reality these prisons are coming
to a boiling point and nobody is watching and preparing for such a calamity.
I don’t think this is a case of lack of resources or ability
to prepare or to respond to prison problems. I think it is more a policy of
apathy and trolling techniques to allow the inevitable to occur and then take an
“I told you so” approach asking the legislature and the governor for more money
to run the system that has failed because of deliberate indifference to its needs
internally and operationally neglected.
There are no growing pains as the system’s population is
actually shrinking. It is shrinking in prison population and it is shrinking in
retaining experienced and qualified personnel. With empty beds available, they
continue to insist to double bunk maximum custody prisoners in a newly proposed
prison bed bid without first controlling and managing existing maximum custody
beds that contribute to a high rate of homicides, suicides, staff assaults and
delays in medical care as well as mental health treatment for those locked away
in solitary confinement without a due process review making their stay their indefinitely
and finally when their time is done, released back to our streets.
There is only pettiness and bad faith dealings with our
elected officials, our citizens and the communities put in harm’s way because
of poor administrative guidance, communication and closed channels of
transparency that creates tension and anger throughout the state’s prison
population as well as their own 10,000 employees who depend on this
administration to protect them and not throw them to the wolves as are doing
today.
The bottom line is we rely on state leadership to keep channels
open particularly at times of turmoil or disruption. When channels are closed its
inflames emotions and anger and it would be more realistic if they would spend
their time working on these problems rather than spending most of their time
engaging in irrelevant dialogue while engaging in tasks that actually makes
their jobs more difficult than easier because of their own device.

Does your vote count - read my crystal vision now ~
Crystal Visions ~ Apocalyptic Events - 2012 Election
I see more natural disasters coming our way. The splitting of the earth by Southern California originating earthquakes and man-made famine that will cause suffering as people give up on hope in keeping their freedom for the sake of being kept safe by their governments.
We are nearing the end of a crystal vision of apocalyptic magnitude.
I don’t know where this vision came from but I fear it to be true in nature as
I see the lightning strike the ground and hear the sky rumble with thunder. This
vision may be one of the most important of all my visions as it can be summed
up to be the end of free societies everywhere and the destruction of our safe
and secure way of life throughout our country and the world. Everything I have
read, observed and experienced is coming to a non-telepathic message that can
be heard and understood by many yet nobody is listening to the words or warnings.
I could hear my inner conscious saying to me “even if you followed
what you have been taught and live the same way you have lived for the last 64 years,
all that you know will come upon you but you can’t change it, nobody can.” The message
was clear, it was a time for war as I envisioned horrible scenes of violence
and senseless killing among those imprisoned by oppression and depression throughout
the world and at home living so close to me.
It was not without warning this war would break out. The writing
has been on the walls for decades as society ignored these visions projected
numerous times on the front pages of most newspapers and societal blogs. This was
not“nuclear fallout” or an out of control communicable disease breakout killing
innocent babies as well as man and woman.
Looking at how 2012 is ending with the highest rate of
violence within our societies it was inevitable the chaos would break loose and
run rampant and out of control. This was a man-made war that was fueled by
greed and corruption by those who planned to destroy all that was God made and
good to mankind. This destruction of hope and freedom targeted those who believed
in the preservation of life and human dignity. Crossing religious beliefs, they
cursed the good and slaughtered the “worst of the worst” to send a message of
fear and domination to the world.
In my visions, I was in a hundred places at once, from the
Arizona deserts to the forests of Russia all the way down south in the rain
forests of Brazil and the mountain tops of the snow capped Andes Mountains in
Peru. Somehow it was clear to me an Armageddon will come projected and caused by
fear.
This feeling of fear is not an unnecessary one for it
includes the fear that humans have given up on other human beings and stripping
them of all their civil rights and dignity in the name of public safety and tough
on crime. Fear of the being neglected, tortured or hidden out of sight to avoid
culpability and liabilities. Fear of being left for dead and unburied so that
the birds can scavenge their flesh and soul down to the bones.
As the internal and world-wide economy suffers and our lands
become dry and parched, our wheat and corn are ruined by month long droughts compounded
by the numerous waves of attacks by tsunami caused waters and torrential rains
flooding parts of the world.
I see more natural disasters coming our way. The splitting of the earth by Southern California originating earthquakes and man-made famine that will cause suffering as people give up on hope in keeping their freedom for the sake of being kept safe by their governments.
Corruption and greed in control and wielding the power,
governments are demonstrating a willingness to habituate with the cartel and other
criminals to profit from illegal activities and political games.
My visions expanded to the poor, the middle class as well as
the wealthy. I saw beggars starving and rich ones in expensive suits holding
out their hand begging for food in the streets holding a cup or a bowl seeking
for scraps of food or water. Losing hope of ever recovering from such a disaster
again, many are too weak to fight the fear and are seen curled up in the fetal
position waiting on death to knock on their door seeing the gift of death a most
reasonable relief of their plight and sorrows.
This crystal vision was endless for it included civil wars
in Mexico and the Central Americas. Now, our North American Continent, a mass
of lands with no real borders, immigrants become refugees, desperately
struggling to safely reach outside the war zones and climbing high perforated
steel walls and chain link fences; running for their safety and freedoms as the
war on the border intensified.
This sea of refugees overtakes any obstacle and rush into
the deserts and nearby cities driven by fear and the loss of faith in God and religion.
Not looking for a new life or a new beginning they are fleeing the cruel and brutal
regimes in power now just to survive and start life all over again.
So before you think this vision is a dream, you better wake
up along with others that this election this year is the pivotal point of our
entire existence as a free society and as a decent and orderly human race that
is compassionate, kind and helpful to others without levels of entitlement to
entice the vote and without the influence of greed to buy your vote.
Human Rights Conform to local Values??
Why Human Rights are
Inconsistent throughout the world
Paying attention to recent events throughout the world where
governments have focused on human rights of people from many different
backgrounds, cultures and various geographical regions there is a storm brewing
on the horizon. Certainly, when one looks at these allegations, there appears
to be an inconsistent but powerful demand to not conform to universal standards
and focus on local cultures and values instead.
Leaving government to draw their own human right values
based on local cultures and traditions opens up a Pandora’s Box to creating
various rules or by laws not consistent with those already established by many
existing decrees and mandatory rules we live by today and will impact those
constitutions developed or created in democracies throughout the world today.
Implementing and defining human rights according to local
customs will certainly impact existing stand-alone standards that will conflict
with those already written and enforced in many countries. It is with high certainty
that these new rules or bylaws will be influenced by religious ideology,
political traditions and regional inferences.
Thus this creation or adaptation of local human rights laws
or bylaws is seriously flawed and imposes unnatural sanctions or values not
shared universally as either acceptable or a violation of existing laws. One such
influence could be the laws pertaining to Sharia Law and its values. Certainly
not appropriate for a universal application, it contradicts the rights of
others as well as our own Constitution.
It is my opinion that if third world countries insist in
establishing their own human rights that this is another attempt to arbitrarily
use human rights as a tool to justify the means to oppress people who criticize
and condemn their government thus attempting to regulate their freedom as well
as voice.
Using the law as leverage to enforce such condemnation or
disagreement in speech or principle, we can see that these new human rights
laws will create more conflict and violate people’s rights everywhere this kind
of action is contemplated and implemented within the next few years.
