Back to Nature
One can feel the difference between the city
and the country. Inside the city you feel anxious, stressed and uptight while
your presence in the country side can make you feel relaxed, a quality of life
that is an essential element to live longer and is vital for keeping you
healthy and well.
Everything
you experience in the city creates the opposite effect in the open spaces. Those
things you notice as you survive the cement and asphalt jungle draw many
negative impulses in your heart or mind. One can change the neon lights to
black and white in the time it takes to travel to open spaces.
Contrary
to the shades of color or nature, the sounds of the small critters, water and
other natural sounds or sights, can bring a soothing effect to the mind. It is
almost like leaving the crowded city places, brings a natural healing to us and
I some cases, prolonging our health just a little bit longer.
So while
you adapt, learn to cope and handle the city lights, sounds and noises well
enough to survive, it does little for sustainability of life. For us, the human
race has become a rat race as populations have increased to a density that is
hard to give you privacy or silence.
Even a
view of the open sky and the stars in heaven have often been blocked or impeded
by the reflection of those bright city lights. Finding an open meadow, or a
cleared out space in a forest or mountain, can bring you entirely different vibrations
in your life. It is almost like you are broadcasting your life on a different
frequency.
