Luciana, the Santanic Hispanic Woman - Kindle book now available Part I

Excerpt from the book - page 66

In the meantime, Luciana had called her aunt in the city to let her know she was in town and that she would be coming over soon and visit with them. No mention of staying there or anywhere else, as Luciana was contemplating staying at a hotel for a while until she could figure out how and where she was going to live and with who.

She had saved plenty of money to pay rent to someone and the options were wide open for her to decide whatever was best for her and her mission to be discovered as an artist in this city filled with thousands of dreamers who wanted to be successful and recognized as a great artist or painter.

Still tired and not wanting to go out yet and visit family, Luciana decided to go back upstairs and lay down a spell. Thinking of her Tia Maria’s spell, strange things have been happening in her life, that have never happened before. It was like she was on a track of ecstasy and romance no matter where she went but so far, it was confusing as there was no man, yet, in her eyes or under the spell.

So far, the romance has been all around her and lots of people fucking each other, but so far, the only one who got a charge out of the spell was Freda, who worked wonders with her tongue and fingers while massaging Luciana’s body this morning, something had gone wrong with the spell as it has been more than 24 hours since it was cast by Tia Maria and it was only good for 72 hours. She was worried the spell would wear off before she found her true love.

Time passed and while sleeping, she had another dream that was little bit more erotic than before. For some reason, she dreamt that there was someone hiding in the house.

Someone who lived there, perhaps in the basement or lower level where Freda had said for her to never enter alone or without permission from Roxy. The stairway leading to this area below ground was painted or stained red, a deep crimson red and was locked by a big wooden door that had a pentagram painted on it. Even Luciana knew, the sign of the devil.

About 4 pm a car pulled up to the house as Luciana was looking out the small bedroom window. She recognized the man standing there to be Jeff. He must have had a slow day or maybe it was his day off and he was done for the rest of the time.

Either way, the car he drove was a black Mercedes S550 coupe. It was a beautiful car. She had never seen a fancy car like that up close before and when he parked it, she couldn’t help but notice how sleek and sexy that car was. She watched him as he undid the front gate latch with a click.

The element of surprise was never sounded as he rang the doorbell instead of using his keys. Thinking he might have forgotten his keys, she figured Freda would answer the door and let him in. Indeed, Freda yelled out loud, “Jeff is home, so make sure you are dressed before you come down the stairs.”

Now that Freda announced Jeff’s presence, there was no chance in hell he could quietly entering the house. Moments later, Luciana could smell cigarette smoke.

It reminded her of her teenage years when Rick and her would sneak away and smoke somewhere where they couldn’t be seen. Instead of smelling incense, she was annoyed by the smell of smoke as she didn’t like it and the fact her great-aunt, Bianca, died from the cancer, caused her to resent it even more.

There were two bathrooms in the house. The bottom bathroom was very handy to the back door and was easy to access without anyone seeing you enter or use it.

Strangely, the back door was never locked unlike the front door that was always locked. It made no sense but this wasn’t her house and the rules were those of Roxy who owned it.

About 10 minutes later, Roxy came home. She went to the bathroom downstairs near the back and slipped off her skirt and her top, leaving just her purple lace bra and undies on her. She knew Jeff was home because his car was parked outside.  If he knew she was home, he would come down the stairs and go be with her.

My Dog Loves My Truck

My Dog Loves My Truck

Maya is a mixed breed Poodle and Dachshund commonly referred to as a Doodle. She is a lively and overly anxious puppy 4 years old that lives to ride in the truck I own. She will jump with excitement and unlimited bouncing energy the moment I pick up my keys and jingle them as I put them in my pocket to hide them from her.

She dances around, jumping on the bed, couch or anything else that gives her the center of attention to have the leash clipped on her collar so she can go for that ride. Her paws beg me to take her outside by rapidly moving them in a groveling motion so I feel sorry for her and not leave her behind.

What can be so exciting for Maya to want to ride in the truck. Sure, she gets her own seat by the window and loves to see the world through the glass as I lower it down just a bit to give her a scent of where we are going. Sight and smell create a frizzle of emotions for this little twelve-pound puppy. It’s like a natural high for her to ride in the truck.

Sticking her small brown snoot through the window a little bit, she seems to enjoy the wind more than me as I ride with the window up and AC on. I can only image that the faster I drive, the higher her air-induced ecstasy is riding in the truck. I can only imagine what this does to her sensory capabilities and likely putting her in shock or overload like a mild dose of LSD would to a human.

On the other hand, it might just feel good and nothing else. I suspect it may be both. During long trips, I put a box in the back seat for her to sleep in. She rarely lays still enough to use the box but it is there is she gets tired.

Since riding in my truck has a sedating effect on her, it does calm her down eventually. I don’t let her hang her head outside the windows, I don’t worry about her eyes or getting her goggles. I want her to feel free and the window is always just high enough to where she cannot reach the top of the window to put her head outside but just enough to clear her nose.

Maya is like a wolf in many ways; she loves to roam wide open spaces and travel as far as her short stubby legs can take her. She likes going places, anywhere there is something to see, smell or hear that is different from the house.

She is indeed, quite an explorer. She knows those keys she hears jingling brings her good times and good things. It is a pure positive experience for her to enjoy for the rest of the day. Going somewhere is associated with a good day for the two of us.

It also seems this truck provides the two of us a bond that tweaks her energy, emotions and spirit. Given a choice between a long walk or a long ride, I speculate she might choose the truck for a long ride.

Beside a bond, it seems to give us a strong trust factor and my guess is that every time she rides the truck, she is in seventh heaven for dogs who love to ride with the window down a bit to smell the outside and see the new sights.

The only thing missing is food, during the rides, she does not want to eat; she appears to have no taste for food when riding until we hit the drive thru and order the hamburger she wants plain with no lettuce, pickle or ketchup on it.
